THE LEAD
Taking on two teams in the state of Colorado in one day, the DBU Men's Tennis Team, split for the day losing 9-0 to Metro State University and winning 8-1 against Colorado Christian University.

Cannon Jones went undefeated in singles action against the two teams.

In doubles play against MSU, DBU was swept in all three lines.

In singles action, the Patriots were only able to pull out one win, with Cannon Jones winning in line one, 4-6, 7-5, 6-3.

In their second match of the day against Colorado Christian, DBU did a total about face in their 8-1 victory.

In doubles action, the Patriots opened up with a sweep of all three lines, including a 8-4 win in line three by Jordan Jackson and Donald Kelly Jr.

Up 3-0 going into singles, Jones continued his standout week for the Patriots with a three set 4-6, 7-5, 6-3 win.

Play continued for DBU, as they claimed five of the six lines of competition in singles.

Schafer delivered a 6-0, 6-0 shutout in line three.
