The Dallas Baptist University Women's Soccer team lost to Texas Woman's University, 1-0, on Saturday night at the TWU Soccer Field in Denton, Texas. Chelsea Martin scored the gamewinner for the Pioneers shortly after the start of the second half for her second goal of the season.
Hope Koym made three saves in goal for the Patriots, and TWU goalie Samantha Jimenez racked up nine saves.

The Patriots return home to continue Heartland Conference play against Oklahoma Christian at 7:00 p.m., on Thursday at Patriot Soccer Field.

 - In the last three contests, DBU hasn't allowed a first-half goal.
