COACH ALEX BAKER ON EARNING TWO BIGS WINS
"Very proud of the guys as they had a long day of tennis. The guys started off strong against John Brown and had the momentum after going up 3-0 in doubles. In singles the guys continued the excellent form to win. The match against Texarkana was very well played. The guys went up 2-1 after doubles. With stellar performances from
Jordan Jackson and
Isaac Childs we went up 4-1.
Riley Smith and
Nick Gilmore played a tough match to barely lose in a third set. With the overall score 4-3
Cannon Jones stepped up to beat a very solid player in a third set to clinch the match.
Jacob Delao finished the team victory off with a impressive third set win. Proud of these boys and the fight they had through difficulties."
