The DBU Volleyball team will face off against the Lions of Arkansas Fort Smith Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the Burg Center. Tuesday, DBU went 0-1 after falling to Tarleton State.
In their last match versus Tarleton State, The DBU Lady Patriots (7-10) fell to on the road against Tarleton State (14-2) Tuesday evening in Stephenville. Junior
Emma Eakin led the Lady Patriots with nine kills and four blocks, while sophomore
Brooke Clark added seven kills and a dig of her own. Junior
Strealy Sizelove posted a team-high 20 assists while
Merci Perry added 10 of her own.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
UAFS
Thursday will mark the 20th all-time meeting between UAFS and DBU since the first meeting back in 1982. The Lions hold the all-time series lead 17-2, including a perfect 15-0 record in Fort Smith. UAFS enters the match standings with a 9-7 record overall and a 0-0 mark in the league.Â
