THE RUNDOWN
The DBU Men's and Women's Tennis teams opened up the 2019 season on Friday by facing Harding University and Collin College. The women defeated Collin College 6-1, and fell to Harding 1-5. The men fell to Harding 0-4, but defeated Collin 4-3. The DBU Men won three singles matches and two doubles matches on the day, while the women won five of six singles matches and swept all four doubles matches.

"Very pleased with our efforts today despite coming up short against Harding in the afternoon match. Adriana stepped up big and defeated an opponent that beat her last year. Our one doubles team of Claire and Kate played a great match in the afternoon. We're very excited about how this year looks for our young team."
