COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF
The Patriots are coming off a 3-3 draw win versus Central Oklahoma on Thursday to open the 2019 season. Emmy Niece, Jenna Patterson and Jayme Woodfill all found the back of the net during the match, but the teams couldn't decide a winner after two full overtime periods. 
 
DBU heads to Shawnee looking for their first win of 2019, and their first win against Oklahoma Baptist in school history.

PATRIOT STORYLINES
 - The Patriots are seeking their first win in the state of Oklahoma since October 20, 2018 last season.

 - DBU opened the season with a tie in back-to-back years for the first time in school history.

 - Jayme Woodfill leads DBU in assists (1) and shots (4) on the year.

SCOUTING OKLAHOMA BAPTIST
 - The Bison are coming off a 2-1 win over Washburn (Nebraska) on Thursday.

 - Ruth King and Reagan Mann lead the Bison in goals with one each.

 - OBU has yet to commit a penalty in the young season.

 - Goalkeeper Emily Griffith saved seven shots, only allowing one goal.

SERIES HISTORY
The Patriots and Bison will be facing off for the first time in school history.

DBU heads to the Aloha state for two games against Hawaii Pacific on September 12, at 7:00 p.m., and Chaminade starting at 1:00 p.m. on September 14.
