The DBU Men's Tennis team defeated Ottawa, 4-3, in their final tune-up before Lone Star Conference play on Wednesday at the Arlington Tennis Center.

It was a hard fought match all the way through, with the Patriots pulling it out at the end. DBU got it started with a doubles win by the team of
Aaron Capone and Richard Carvajalino, winning their doubles set 6-3. The men won 4 of their 6 singles sets, completing the match win.
Aaron Capone got the Patriots started, with
Zach Capone and
Roman Hill following. With the match tied going into the final singles set,
Bryce Skarya pulled away to secure the win.

The Patriots will begin Lone Star Conference play this weekend at home against Cameron and UAFS.
