The Patriots are in the thick of Lone Star Conference play, losing two hard fought games to UT Permian Basin and Western New Mexico over the weekend.
 
In the Patriots 6-1 loss versus UT Permian, Gabe Garrido recorded DBU's only singles set win. Gabe Garrido also won his singles set in the Patriots 5-2 loss against Western New Mexico, with Richard Carvajalino also recording a singles win. Gabe Garrido is now 10-3 in singles competition this season.
