BIRD DISHES OUT OVER 500 ASSISTSRegistering 30 assists versus UT-Permian Basin,
Kaycie Bird went over 500 assists for the season, notching 509 so far for the season. Bird, the active leader in assists for the Lady Patriots is currently fifth in the Heartland Conference in assists averaging 5.80 per set.
MARTIN GOES OVER 100 KILLSIn her first year with the Lady Patriots,
Cooper Martin has made an instant impact on the court. Martin recently eclipsed the 100 kills mark after registering six kills versus UTPB. Martin with 103 kills for the season, now joins
Carly Hess (228),
Brooke Manley (201),
Sidnee Jo Fitzpatrick (181), and
Madeline Dolberry (123) who have all broken the century mark.
