KICKOFF
Dallas Baptist picked up its second win over a ranked team in a 2-0 decision over No. 14 St. Edward's on Thursday. Senior forward Lindsey Eccles and sophomore forward McKenna Namken each scored their second goal of the season to fuel the Patriots out of a three-game losing streak. Senior goalkeeper Jenna Ackerly registered four saves to preserve the DBU lead.

West Texas A&M makes its second trip to Patriot Soccer Field this season after facing Colorado School of Mines and Metro State in Dallas to begin the season.

COACH LENARD REACHES MILESTONE
With Thursday's win, head coach Michelle Lenard earned her 100th victory during her tenure at DBU. She is 100-56-7 in eight seasons at the helm for the Patriots. Lenard has led DBU to three NCAA Division II tournaments, an appearance in the 2013 NCCAA National Championship and a 2012 Heartland Conference title.

SECOND HALF DOMINANCE
The Patriots have scored six of their seven goals in the second half or later. This will be a key factor against West Texas A&M, who has allowed five of their seven goals in the second half.

ACKERLY IN NATIONAL TOP 25
Ackerly continues to be among the nation's elite goalkeepers, ranking eighth in Division II in total saves (51), 11th in minutes played (663:59), 20th in save percentage (.894) and 23rd in saves per game (7.29).

SCOUTING THE LADY BUFFS
After an 0-3 start and being outscored 6-0, West Texas A&M went on a three-game win streak in which they have outscored opponents 5-1. Freshman midfielder Khadidra Debesette leads the Lady Buffs with two goals, both game winners. WTAMU goalie Courtney Dippel ranks 38th in the nation in saves per game (6.75).

SERIES HISTORY
The Patriots are 4-1 all-time against West Texas A&M and enter Saturday's game with a four-game win streak against the Lady Buffs dating back to 2011.
