THE RUNDOWN
Tuesday night, DBU (8-4, 2-2) returned to The Burg Center and played arguably their most dominant game of the season, sweeping Texas A&M International (3-11, 1-4) on the backs of a .354 team-wide hitting percentage, good for the highest clip of the season since opening night (.380 vs Southwest Baptist).
Lauren Witte led everyone on the floor with nine kills in a game that saw each of DBU's three highest volume attackers finish with hitting percentages of .357 or higher.

The Lady Patriots dominated every facet of the contest: DBU held a +15 kill differential (35-20), a +4 block differential (7-3), a +4 ace differential (7-3), and had a hitting percentage .316 points higher than the Dustdevils (.354-.038). The Lady Patriots took every set in commanding fashion, winning each frame by ten or more points (25-13, 25-12, 25-15).

Witte finished the contest with a career-high .438 hitting percentage and led everyone on the floor with seven digs.
Kalin Hubbard's errorless game from the middle featured six kills on ten swings, good for a game-high .600 hitting percentage. Hubbard also led everyone on the floor with five total blocks.

No point in the game felt like DBU had relinquished any control of their momentum. Coach
Jordan Fish and her staff will seek ways to replicate this level of dominance in every corner of the box score as conference play continues.
