The Lady Patriots (4-1) took down the Daemen Wildcats in four sets to open a Saturday double-header (25-23, 22-25, 25-19, 25-20).
Karly Wells led the team with 16 kills, and the DBU attack saw an increase in contributions from their middles and supporting outside hitters.

Wells recorded her first double-double of the season, recording 12 digs to go along with her team-leading kill total. KW also posted an ace and successfully played ten of her 11 return attempts.

Kalin Hubbard and
Madison Clark were huge difference makers in this afternoon's game. Hubbard logged a career-high six kills to go along with four total blocks. Clark landed five kills, recorded five total blocks, and found more success at the baseline with three aces.

DBU will turn around quickly to complete their double-header with a 3 pm contest against Clarion (3-3).
