THE LEAD
Road woes continued for the Dallas Baptist Volleyball team as they dropped their third consecutive match since being away from the Burg Center against Lubbock Christian University. The Lady Patriots will stay in Lubbock, TX as they face nationally ranked West Texas A&M University in a non-conference match up.

GIPSON CLOSING IN ON 200
Tiara Gipson is only six digs away from obtaining 200 digs for her career while at DBU. Gipson currently has 54 digs for the Lady Patriots this season.

NO NEED TO PANIC
Despite the slide the Lady Patriots are on they have yet to lose more than three matches in a row this season. DBU has not lost three straight matches since early September. The Lady Patriots hope to improve this trend.

THE LAST TIME OUT
The last time Dallas Baptist met with West Texas A&M it was in the 2013 NCAA Regional Tournament. WT defeated DBU in straight sets to advance in the tournament. Tadam Mergener and Tiara Gipson combined for 17 kills in the loss for the Lady Patriots.

SCOUTING THE LADY BUFFS
The West Texas A&M Lady Buffaloes are currently ranked #25 in the NCAA Division II polls and sit atop the Lonestar Conference with an undefeated conference record. The Lady Buffs are currently on a 13 match winning streak and are 4-1 in neutral site matches.
