THE LEAD 
The DBU Women's Tennis Team finished the Heartland Conference slate of their regular season schedule, defeating the University of Texas-Permian Basin Falcons, 8-1. 

The Lady Patriots have allowed only one set win in the past two matches. 

DBU opened up the match claiming all three lines of play in doubles action.

Ana Marija Banic and Maria Fernandez de Camilo won by a score of 8-4 in line one, while Amanda Richter and Liz Slaughter secured line two, 8-3.

Madeline Coffman and Bianca Tijerina wrapped up the doubles sweep taking line three, 8-2. 

The Lady Patriots had a dominate showing in singles action, winning five of six lines, not allowing a third game.  

Coffman's standout showing from the day resulted in holding her opponent scoreless in line four, winning 6-0, 6-0. 

Banic and Fernandez continued their success from doubles, winning lines one and three, respectively.

Slaughter and Richter continued their undefeated day as well, with wins in line two and five.
