THE LEAD
The Lady Patriots improved their season record to 9-2 with a huge victory against Colorado Mesa in a regional match in the neutral site of Wichita, Kansas.
 
DBU excelled in doubles and singles play on Friday, with each Lady Patriot taking care of business. It was impressive to witness each individual on the Lady Patriot tennis team contribute to earning the impressive 9-0 victory against Colorado Mesa.

"Very proud of our girls today. A solid performance against a regional team. Exceptional effort from Ana Banic as she fought back from a set down and battled hard to stay in the match. Ana fights until the very end and her effort is absolutely sensational. We are looking forward to our second conference match tomorrow. It is great to have some extended time with the team on spring break getting to know each other and battling on the court. It is exciting to see our team playing with more passion and grit during the peak of our season!"
