The Lady Patriots Tennis team's 8-game winning streak came to a halt with St. Edwards sneaking by with stellar play of their own to defeat DBU narrowly, 4-5 in Dallas, Texas.

The Lady Patriots received to significant performances from
Ana Marija Banic and
Lacey Sprinkel. In doubles play, the duo took care of business and won, 8-6, in the #1 spot. #1 Banic and #2 Sprinkel also earned DBU two more wins in each of their singles matches.

Skylar McDonald also had a notable Saturday, getting a victory for the Lady Patriots in singles play but fell in a heartbreaking, 9-8, doubles match with her partner,
Bianca Tijerina.
